My name is Clarissa Fuselier (Fu-Sil-LEE-AY) and I'm a photographer based in Central Texas.
There's a saying, "I walked with giants." --Love that line, because YOU are my giant. I have a larger than life approach to my photography and I'd be honored if you're a part of it. I studied my passion in the trenches as one would say. Just taking my Nikon out there and capturing life, capturing you!
So, here's the story on me. Small town girl (with small town values) moved to (an even smaller) college town. Ran from small college town to Austin, Texas and took my Communications degree with me to make a new life. While working in advertising, I found myself amazed at the art behind images, light & shadows. Soon I found myself becoming an event photographer for local Austin bands. 3 years later, when I was challenged to capture a wedding, yours truly was completely smitten with the fun and beauty that surrounds weddings! Though I still take care of bands, My schedule has been filling up with weddings and quinceaneras (don't mind it in the least!).
I have a fond love and fascination with people, hence my passion for portraits. There's nothing more intriguing than absorbing the character of a person through color, pose & light. Capturing the true essence of the subject is what I strive to do with every single shutter click I make. I have experience in Band (Live/Promo) photography, weddings and of course portraiture. It's my love of the art that keeps me challenged, for nothing is approached the same way. Let us work as a team to create a lasting memory, and you won't be disappointed.
When I'm not walking around with my handy dandy Nikon appendage in Austin, Texas, I'm out getting my java fix, trying to teach my dog to actually bring back that blasted toy to me, planning a BBQ, or exploring new locations to make memories.
